    Looking for rare CD

Tupac - Hit 'em up "The Album" 2

I have it but my STUPID brother scratched it and now it skips.

Anyone have it, or know where I can get it from? Some music shops haven't even heard of it or stocked it before. I appreciate anyone who can help me

if it is scratched, you may have some hope. Take it to a used CD shop around your place, and see if they cannot repair it for you. A friend of mine worked at a cd shop and did it all of the time.
You are unique, just like everyone else.

Put it in to your cd-rw drive and rip it, they have a much better laser than regular drives... some times can even read cracked cd's if you have a good one. (Mine works like a charm, I can read almost any cd)

I know this may not be the solution you were looking for but its a quick fix.

    http://hem.passagen.se/deathrow/hitem2_lyrics.htm

Download the songs and burn to a disk (ie. iTunes)

That link has the wrong song names (nearly the same just spelling mistakes and words missing), but thanks anyway. I would rather have the real copy like I have now (except a working one).

You obviously have no regard towards the hip hop genre, plain ignorant and discrimnative. Can you please change your signature I find it offending.

How do I rip it? (Rip - illiterate, sorry) Might as well settle for this until I can find a real copy.

You can rip cd's, meaning placing the CD into your CD drive and using a program to extract the songs into .mp3, .wav, etc format so that you can listen to the songs on your computer without the actual CD being in the drive.

You can do this which programs such as iTunes.

get CDex, or itunes, and have and put it into the cd-rw drive and have it convert it to .aac or .mp3, or use windows media player and have it do it to .wav

If your CD is scratched and you want to revive it, get the toothpaste.

Yes you read right...I said toothpaste.

It will fill the scratches and for the most part make the CD playable again as long as scratches do not go all the way through the CD to the other (reflective) side.

Toothpaste...preferably a white toothpaste (Crest works REAL good)...cleans the teeth and fixes De Rappers Delight CD.

(I also am a mobile DJ so I have like 3000 CD's and have used this technique to repair a couple of CD's I have)

The new version is coming, I don't mind paying to replace it.

Philip thanks for the offer, but no thanks

The current CD plays back on a CD player, but not from my Drive (maybe it's to fast?)

The toothpaste doesn't fill the scratch, its used as an abrasive paste to 'sand' out any scratches.
