    PayPal to E-Gold

    Hello,

Is there an exchange service from PayPal to E-Gold? I used Gold-Trader.com for a year, but they've taken the paypal option down.

    Thanks,

Its just crazy seems everyone is closing down...

Credit card deposits are disabled at the moment until further notice.
    WIRE DEPOSITS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
    WHILE NETPAY RENEWS BANKING ARRANGEMENTS.
    We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please use the services of Digital Currency Exchange Providers
to fund your NetPay account through bank wire meanwhile.
Can I pay by credit card ?
Not at this point. Due to the high costs of such transactions and our low fees, we are unable to accept credit cards at this point.
    here is another great list

Credit card is really hard costs given the risk of fraud involved. Really want to try e-gold. Anyone , any experience on that for acceptance of payment for hosting?

e-gold is an electronic currency, issued by e-gold Ltd., a Nevis corporation, 100% backed at all times by gold bullion in allocated storage. e-gold payments clear instantaneously (with no chargeback risk).

Looks good! I got a question, when there is egold in my account, instead of paying interest to me, they will charge me yearly fees? Also how do I move the egold to my bank account in Singapore?

    Keep us Postedon e-gold Boobchuan!!

I'm really interested in all of your experiences with e-gold, Boonchuan. Especially how you find converting it all back to cash again, and getting it into your business account.

I'm setting up an e-business for niche market jewellery out of Australia and want to sell world wide.

Ho Rob have not tried E-Gold as someone diverted my attention to moneybookers.com Looks much better and no charge back. I just registered, maybe you want to try to? At least save the hassles of exchanging e-gold for money later on.

    Moneybookers

Yes, Moneybookers is on my short list as well.

I'm not e-trading yet. Site is still in development.

Moneybookers ESCROW service has some attractions for me as well.

What are members opinions of ESCROW in general ??

(I know it may not be of interest here because most of you are into web hosting. But I'd be pleased to hear opinions as to whether ESCROW is as totally "on the nose" as I seem to be picking up from else where? ) (Maybe this is "off topic" --or deserves a thread of its own).

Another question....Can anyone advise of a good forum not completely attached to a commercial site where issues of E-Commerce are discussed, but with a more general "tangible goods" membership?

I'm very new here and have only posted a couple of times, but have been very impressed by the professional advice and the overwhelmingly "non-partisan" way it is presented.
