If you have or are using IBill as your processor please let me about your experiences and if your website uses IBill please post your site address so i could check it out to see if its any different from a regular merchant account becuase according sales reps from Ibill you not need a shopping cart.... Anyways i appreciate your inputs...
Did you speak to sales people or to support? No offense but most sales people are just trying to get the business. You might try contact suport if you did not. If it is for webhosting - you can almost use any other processor & not ibill.
I would PM with some adult sites but cannot. I am not certain if WHT would appreciate the adult sites on here or not.

I've used iBill (for my adult sites) in the past. I still have accounts with them for the rebills. They are good at paying out on time and such. The only problem I've had with them is that their support overall is very bad. They have a big reputation for bad support. Expect up to a week for some of the reps to get back to you with questions and such.
Lately, I've been trying to get one of the accounts with them under the new owners name. This has been taking forever with them.
Besides support, they are a good overall company. They just got bought by Penthouse last month. iBill seems to be doing alittle better in the support area with the new owner.
I left Ibill years ago and unless Penthouse can dramaticaly change things around they will never see another dime from me. After the money I lost with them during the MCI fiasco and the fact that they got back in bed with MCI without paying anybody I wrote them thieves off! If I were you I would run not walk away.
