I need something quick. I confronted them directly about what a scam they are for deleting all the trouble posts in their forums so no one would know what they are really about and am sure to lose my account and in turn lose all my clients.
my asp sites have failed left and right. They have lost servers and everyones sites and backups. they blame everything on the client unless it is quite obvious it was there fault and they cannot get out of it. In that case they lie about their downtimes something fierce.
If your sites are offline a day or two they call it 30 minutes... It is a scam.
They are deleting trouble posts in their forums as fast as they can get them if they are serious at all.
I had the same issues at jodo, in the end they just ignored my points and kept refering to other clients that were apparently happy, that's good customer service, then they deleted any forum thread that made them look bad. I've moved away from them as of 2 days ago.
Before the major outages of last week they were ok for the 8 weeks i had a test account active, however following the 12 hour outage and them loosing everything as the backup was backing up to the servers own D: drive I started to get worried. After another week of lies, more downtime, different policies from different admins and then the lets do a full cover up scam i'd had enough. I'd lost clients and patience with them.
Well I grabbed an account at reseller-center. Jodo must have read my post here. They deleted my admin accounts and messed with some other stuff on my sites. I ended up with some corrupted databases and my mail account passwords were changed.
Either they themselves acted maliciously or they really were hacked the other day.
