Thats a problem I have never thought about! What does exactly happen when a registrar goes out of business? I presume the ownership is still with *you* and you just have to go about adjusting it.
As a last resort I *presume* you could move it to a new registrar and as long as they are having the proper authorisation from the governing body, they will then have some internal mechanism for dealing with this kind of thing and for taking *control* of it on your behalf.
