if somebody knows how to get in contact with robert "rhinojosa" please let me know. i need to see what the hell is going to happen,. i cant deal with this any more.
what is going on?
i cant beleive this guy. i feel like filing a suit against this josuee guy aka Joe Shiekron i mean how can he do something like that. i mean search for patrick lacrosse and read his resignnment. this guy should go to jail. and for all i know robert is joe and josuee and shang andeverbody in company i guess. i dont know... i got so screwed its not even funny. i mean common how can you do that. where is the proffesionalism in this world. if he wouldve worked like a nirmal human being and given support he would have done something good in this world for god sakes. i dont know how many people i reffered to eryxma and how bad i look now. i mean i didnt even see it coming.
how dumb was i!!!!!

Hi,
there seem to be routing probs. This is explained at www.glexicon.com :
Due to an unexpected routing issue with the Verio backbone from Dallas TX to Houston TX, Glexicon Communications servers within the 67.15.96.0/24 network are currently inaccessible from outside the internal network.
When performing a traceroute to an address within this block (i.e. 67.15.96.10), you will notice the issue as a constant loop between Verio and the previous hop.
We apologize for any further inconvenience this may cause, and are working with NOC technicians to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, however there is currently no estimated time of restoration.

open your eyes guys. if you ran a legit hosting conpany, given what just happened (eryxma) to the clients, would you sit silently for 24 hours and post nothing at WHT for your customers? its over. get a new host. no matter what the reason, this new entity, glexicon, is going to be nothing but problems. i would strongly recomment all run away at this time, as fast as possible.

Verio have a Network status page at support.hosting.verio.com/networkStatus.asp
There are a couple of problems, but I don't know if they relate to this situation
I was quite pleased when my eryxma/glexicon websites and email all came back on-line yesterday.
But disappointed that they have all disappeared again.
In spite of some apparent history re the guy behind eryxma, personally I had been with them for a couple of years without any major problems, and found Joe to be quite responsive in support.
I know some folks are saying I should be grateful to glexicon for picking up the websites when eryxma pulled out, but that is hard when the websites still don't actually work, and it might be a case of once bitten, twice shy.
I will give them this one more chance, whilst it isn't costing me anything - but if they present me with a new bill in the near future, that might at least force me to consider whether there are better alternatives.

Does anyone know what will happen with future billings from Eryxma? Will those recurring charges show up the next month? I'm guessing they won't, but if they do we'll all have no choice but to dispute this with our credit card companies.
I believe this Josuee / Joe / Shang / Eryxma also stole my CC info and tried to charge over $8,000 on it! My CC company called me a few days before this mess started up and said there were random charges from some place in Houston for network support or something to that effect. Has anyone else that was an Eryxma client received any excessive charges as well?
I searched on Google and found this site with another person who had an Eryxma site:
http://www.raincitystory.com/archives/2004_04.html
Scroll down to April 14, 2004 and read the paragraphs below the heading "IMPORTANT: NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS". I've emailed the person at that site to see if he had any info to provide.

Hi, I'm the guy who wrote the entry that Mark is speaking about. i had just written an update on my blog and I noticed that my traffic had gone through the roof. Log analysis showed everyone was coming from this thread.
Mark, I will reply to your e-mail as soon as I can this morning and would be happy to answer any questions here.

this latest problem of the "routing issue with the Verio backbone" seems to have gone on a little to long, especially seeing as Verio's network status is reporting no problems since one that was fixed early this morning.
I can't profess to say I understand what they are saying the problem is.
However, if I do a traceroute to their IP addresses, they all resolve, and fairly quickly. So why does this problem force them to take the servers off line?
It is beginning to sound very suspicious I am afraid.

Has anyone called The Planet or Verio to verify these claims?

From what I know, unless something has changed very recently, Verio was never in the mix. Robert was going to take over Eryxma's servers at the Planet and move Glexicon there as well but not with Server Matrix. I can't remember the name of the datacenter he told me that Glexicon servers were in but it was definitely not Verio. Could have been some subsidiary though but I think he would have told me that.

I am not an expert, but all the traceroutes I tried seem to go through verio to get to glexicon - which is what glexicon were saying

That's good. I can't do a traceroute from here at work as all ICMPs are blocked.

Verio's network status page is now reporting that the problem has been resolved. Mail has started flowing through my accounts on Glexicon, although the Glexicon forums are still down.

Hint: I'm using a dyndns provider to point at glexicon when it works and my broadband ip when it doesn't - that way I only have to wait 5 minutes or so to switch over.
In the meantime, I'm shopping for a new provider. Funny thing though, now that I'm paranoid, most of the discount providers seem to be showing many of the same warning signs: slick sites with (possibly stolen?) stock photography, no real street addresses, suspicious looking registry contacts, wild claims about "our world-class network/data center," etc. I'm tempted to go with a local I can go visit in person, in spite of excessive cost (real estate in Boston area is serious money).

Verio routing issue has been resolved, however we have another issue related to Josuee that we're trying to resolve right now.
The glexicon.com everyone is seeing is on the former server, as our corporate server in the new DC is down (It's Windows , lol).
Right now the majority of former Eryxma clients should be online, however we still have other issues to handle before the migration is considered complete.
I will be posting on our forums once they're back up (and things have settled down a bit) regarding what these new issues that have kept us busier than we'd like are.
I apologize for the constant delays and issues, but we are working to get every single one of them resolved.
