    inet tool bar thingy?

hi, i have a lot of sites and i was thinking about doing something like that inet tool bar thingy (or whatever you call it) at the top of each page.

do you have to use frames? is there any quick simple fix to get it on all pages with a few clicks?

is it going to screw up the search engine stuff?

come to think of it, i could put it at the bottom of each page. it would be a lot more noticeable too.

its just extra code included in the header file.

Its not a frame, just a html table with stuff in it that comes before the rest of the page.

Yeah, lots of network sites use it to get traffic spread out on all sites. It's a good idea when going for the ad dollars, and I can't see it 'messing with' search engines either.
