Plesk 7.0.1 reports 403 forbidden error

    In Plesk (7.0.1),
while you are surfing your domain settings.

There you could click "Report" button.

When I tried to click any of the reports (http/ http-ssl/ ftp)
Internet Explorer create a new instance point to:

    And result to
    403 forbidden error.

The error is stored in error_ssl_log.
    PHP Code:
[Tue Apr 20 01:25:35 2004] [crit] [client] (13)Permission denied: /home/httpd/vhosts/ pcfg_openfileunable to check htaccess fileensure it is readable
I added the following lines in the vhosts.conf
    PHP Code:
    <Directory /home/httpd/vhosts/>
    AllowOverride None
    Still have this error.
    Any clue?

Or I think I have to install another web stat. software by myself.
    Just ignore the Plesk one

Finally, I figured out how to solve the subdomain and reports 403 forbidden error.

This is ALL about the file system permission.

    Firstly, for domain reports:
    This folder chmod was: drwxr-x---
You could see there's NO read and execute rights for others.

When I change it to drwxr-xr-x
    All domain reports WORKS.

    Similarily to subdomains,
    Under /home/httpd/vhosts/
There are 2 folders: cgi-bin and httpdocs
It is necessary to ensure all folders must need to have read and execute rights for others.

I m not 100% sure if I change these permission on the file systems is the best solution or not.

At least it is the most simplest and clear cut method.
    Gd luck.
