Cpanel Payment for Liscence
I have just got a personal server from managed.com to see what its like .
So far so good on setting it up for a few things : In the first email i received it said i had to send cpanel@softwareworks.com 95 cents ( .95 )
So i did that .
Then i get another email from them confirming the server is online and ready , then on the email it says i now have to send 19.95 to cpanel@softwareworks.com
So i sent the 19.95 but accidentally to a different account paypal@softwareworks.com :O
I have sent them 5 emails and nothing ! for 2 days nothing !
Now i can't setup cpanel
Can anyone help out?
The server is fine , no problems so far
Thanks in advance

Do a chargeback or wait for a reply from them. They don't work weekends.
