Cool

My hampster foo died today, which is part of pair, the other named bar.

What is quite strange is that today, is exactly two months before my 16th birthday.

No longer will poor little foo run in his wheel. I remember the look of joy on his face as he though "I'm finally getting out of here". Sorry he died. Let me know if you need anything.

hampsters

I had Hampsters once, ive never seen a creature procreate (terrible spelling) as much as these did, they must have had 20-30 babys in the short life span of like 6 months. It was rediculous, it got so bad that we had to seperate them, so we built a wall in the cage, well they just chewed right threw it and what do you know, more baby's.....

Feed the rats to the snakes. Hamsters are too cool! I've had 2 my entire life. First one: Chip. (it rhymed with my dogs name and being a semi-computer geek I had to keep the name close) He was the coolest hamster ever. Gentle, always awake when I wanted to take him out of his cage, and never bit anyone. He lived 3 whole years... :obs:: I miss my wittle chip!

The second one, Little Ninja (named after the fact that he scaled the walls of his cage), was the most evil creature on earth. It bit every chance it got and lived an entire 2 weeks. I tried all I could to make it happy, but it just wasn't a pet type of creature. Due to the fact that it NEVER slept in the 2 weeks, it finally just had a total energy loss. Lately I've been checking out the dwarf hamsters (the coolest kind!) at the pet shop and they have babies. They're sooooooooooooo cute. I may have to sneak one in as soon as I can afford one of those billion dollar Max or Hamtrail habitat things that have all the tunnels and stuff.

My suggestion is to get another one if you think your current one could get along. It can get lonely being the only one of your species in the household.

Unhappy Urghhh...

*shudders at Stephanie's post*

That's why I don't like having pets sometimes - all the mess you've gotta take care of.

I have some pictures of my dwarf hamster if it will help... we went in for pet food and saw them, and yes, they are small and cute and fluffy, we ended up taking one home. Cujo, bites everything.

OMG!!! It's sooo cute! My mom's friend calls our dog Cujo (still haven't figured out why since he's never done anything to her). Which reminds me, went to the petshop today (it's becoming a daily habit). All the puppies were up and running, the rats were crawling on all sides of the cage except the bottom, and all the dwarf hamsters were gone. They're really too adorable for their own good.

Cool

Very adorable Chicken.

Now if I can just get over the fact that mice reproduce like plague, I might actually think about even getting one...
