Need feedback on prices
Hey, me and my friend Jay are gonna start a hosting company soon.
So far, these are the plans ive made up...
Plan 1
100mb space
5gb bw
- $5.95/month
Plan 2
250mb space
5gb bw
- $9.95/month
Plan 3
500mb space
10gb bw
- $14.95/month
Plan 4
1000mb space
20gb bw
- $19.95/month
Special
2000mb space
30gb bw
- $27.95/month
assuming we provide very good services with 99% uptime and great customer support, are these prices good or not?
Thanks for all the feedback, if you have any questions please ask.

Do you know your costs/profit margins associated with each of these?

I don't see any way how you can make money on the $5.95 plan if the customer asks for support. It also attracts too many clients who are just looking for the cheapest deal around - but then expect you to deliver more support. I would remove that package completely.

I disagree. If someone is looking for a small account for a personal website, they wont pay $10 for a 250mb account if they only want 20MB. There has to be a smaller option, which he has done quite well with.
