I setup http://peppertree.biz for a client, which he is advertising in the newspapper now. The problem is while some can reach the site with or without the W's. Most can only reach it without W's. And of course he listed it in the newspaper with W's.
Everything looks correct on my end and I can reach it either way.
Both url's work for me. But, to be sure, make sure you have your A records for this domain set properly in your named configuration. And also check your httpd.conf for this domain and make sure ServerAlias hsa the domain listed both with and without the www.
Okay, just saw it. It looks okay to me. Can you confirm that this client has his/her nameservers set correctly, and also, how long ago were the nameservesr updated? This could explain why www. works for some and not for others.
Your Apache configuration was fine the way it was, and DNS for the domain appears to be configured correctly as well. The people who are unable to access the site could be using DNS resolvers that have old, invalid data cached. Have you made any DNS changes recently (within the last 24 hours)?
