Possibly add some more navigation around the site? Like for example at the bottom ad some links to your hosting packages or some support software. But overall it looks quite good. If i were you id take off the flash all together.
I agree with dropping the splash page. I have never liked those
As far as the design goes, it looks very neat and professional.
One tip to always keep in mind with any website: Don't over do it. A lot of people tend to fill their site up with 'flashy' images and flash graphics. And the worse thing a lot of them do is have flash with loud, annoying sound. :/ Sound should be optional, and off by default if choosing to use noise.
Believe if it not, to an extent anyway, the more simplistic your site is, the better.
I think you got the idea of how to use a template. As a matter of fact I use one in my website too. But you did not changed anything on the animation as far as the orignal template. I have the same subscription as you have. But I try to modify the overall so if any other user that is surfing on the web will not distinguish my work from the original one.
Also Intro is too large rememer your 56k customers they pay your bills as well. And don't get the idea that my site is perfect either I have some issues to work on it as well. If you want to visit it is www.ciclonpr.com when the intro end just hit the phrase "Entre a nuestro website aqui" the phrase is in red it will take you to the website. And by the way the site is still in Spanish probably you would not understand but take a look so you seee what I meanwww.ciclonpr.com
Well it's a little different, that's not a bad thing i guess, but i'd also say loose the intro/splash page.
As for, is it "professional" not with the current spelling and grammar errors.
Overall, in my opinion i think there's too many large graphics that dominate the pages and divert your attention from the textual content, plus the use of a cartoon pic and still life pics (like the chair/laptop) really don't go together, it's a bit mix and match you should pick one theme and stick with it.
Slightly off-topic but you might want to think a little more in detail for your T.O.S, can i host warez? porn? send spam? doesn't say i can't
Saying you have people that are "working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year" but then saying emails/tickets will be answered within 12 hours doesn't really add up either, but that's also off-topic.
Hope i wasn't too harsh, all just my opinion of course.
