Does anybody know if it is possible to get Cold Fusion 4 or perhaps a newer version for a decent price?

I currently have my cold fusion based image hosting site on a Windows shared hosting, but I have a Unix server that is only 10% full, so I really want to move my site to my Unix server and get Cold Fusion 4 or newer for Unix.

All the prices I have seen are like $850+. Can't you get an older version for cheaper, like under $500?

Have you tried other cold fusion interpreters Macromedia is not the only game in town. Try Blue Dragon a less expensive alternative and it will run on Red Hat.

Best of all the entry level server is free. Check it out, might be the answer to your problems and it supports the 5.0 tags
