I just wanna say that ********** is a really good host...
I have my server there for a couple months now for some file hosting and its really fast and i havent got any downtime at all.
I dont really need techincal support except for a reboot twice and it was always done within 3 minutes after my ticket was submitted..... so i say they are a good host and i will keep my machine there even tho i am moving to Cali.
I always get fast speeds too so im pretty sure these deals will be great for people who signup...
maybe they should post a speed test so people dont worry eh steven?

It would be helpful to know a little about the company. I see your website is being (re?)designed.
Do you have an office? Where is it located? How long has ********** been in business?
Your offer is enticing, but I can't justify sending thousands of dollars of equipment to a company with no information on the web.
Please take no offense, I did send an email which was promptly replied to by Chris. However, one of my unanswered inquiries was in reference to more information about the company.
I'm sure everyone here could benefit from more information, might even sell a few more mbits.. Which is why I mention in here

I dont think they ever said that there was staff there for **********, they said that there was a place where equipment was sent... as in, a location which happens to be an office as to where all client servers and switches and whatever i sent...
and thats true mfjp big deal if they dont have offices,,.... doesnt make them bad or less reliable!

I never said there was nothing wrong with not having an office. I just think it should be clearly stated that the address they listed is not theirs, and they dont "share" it but simply have equipment sent to their provider which is at that location. Which there is nothing wrong with.

If I ship you a server, and the harddrive dies at sometime, can I pay you to buy a harddrive and put it in, instead of me shipping a new one or coming to the datacenter? Also, could I ship you spare parts to keep on hand for the server?
