I have a old CacheRaq that I rebuilt and made operational. I installed the Raq 2 OS on it that I downloaded from the sun site. Im confused on what I should install on it to make it internet-safe (If possible?)
"Software On The Cobalt Server" under the admin cp has:
Cobalt OS Release 4.0
RaQ2-Security Release 1.0
Thanks for your time.
The trouble is that the Raq2 was a MIPS processor which means you will have to compile practically anything else you want yourself!!
It depends entirely on what you want to do with your RAQ, if it's just you using it then your probably OK with turning off anything you don't use and recompiling the apps you will use to the latest (things like apache).
