I have gotten pure-ftpd to work with virtual users and everything should be setup correctly. However I have one of my users home directory as a directory on my NTFS partition. When I logon as that user I can see all the directories and files but when I try to download them with gFTP I get the error [Unable to map the file into memory: No such device]. I'm wondering if it is even possible to serve files from my NTFS partition or if there is some way to correct this problem. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
I'm not desperate I guess maybe I'm not supposed to contact a moderator. I don't usually post on forums, I'm usually reading other ppls posts. So I'm not exactly clear on how it works. Sorry if I did something wrong.
