At the beginning you will be paid 2 dollars per ticket that you solve. As time progresses, and the job is done well you will be paid more.
You will be answering tickets with Perl Desk. Therefore, you will need experience handling it.
Experienced with cPanel and WHM
Good with Redhat Linux 7.3-9, RHE 3, Fedora, Windows 2003
Fluent in English
18 years of age or older

How many tickets do you get in an average day?
We can handle the job for you. We are dedicated to providing Customer and Technical Support along with System Administration. Many hosting companies are already using us and some of them have been renewing their contracts with us since 4 years now.
we get about 0-5 tickets a day. It really depends on the day. We have nearly 300 clients and continuing to grow that is why we need an addition of support staff.
