Hi people.
Almost about to buy my server, just making sure I have a decent support desk.
Does anybody know of a decent free or cheap support desk? It only really needs to have ticket support, as I own phplivesupport. I was told Cpanel did not have thsi function, so I am shopping round for a decent ticket system.
Thanks in Advance for al replies.

At fifty bucks, PerlDesk is an outstanding option.

Dennis,
Is true that PerlDesk uses too many resources?

Not at all, an excellent program and very quick on its toes. I don't know where you heard it uses too many resources, but that's just ridiculous. It's a good starter solution. Also look into kayako.com, i think they have a very nice solution (small monthly fee) as we just migrated perldesk to kayako, but perldesk is a great way to begin.

I've used both. And I really enjoy PearlDesk over Kayako.
Why did you change?
