    Multiple Names under one

I'm trying to figure out how I should do this. So I'm coming here for some advice on how I should phrase this.

My main business has been shared hosting under the name Utaria.net. My company name is Utaria Web Services, LLC. I am starting to get into the Dedicated Server market, and so I purchased the domain servercrossing.com to market my Dedicated servers under the 'ServerCrossing' brand. However, I want it to be clear that ServerCrossing is a Utaria.net Brand.

How should I phrase it on the servercrossing site then. "Utaria.net Presents..." or "ServerCrossing, a branch of Utaria.net" or "ServerCrossing, a Utaria.net Company"

    Any ideas/suggestions?

I'd go with the last one, or a "division" of Utaria Web Services.

I believe it would only be a subsidiary if it were it's own seperate business entity.

    Definition from dictionary.com:

subsidiary company (n.) - A company having more than half of its stock owned by another company.
