so, here's the lowdown
fire up winamp
in the playlist section of the window, click the button labeled "add"
in that submenu select "add url"
a dialog box will open up, in the text box, copy and paste this url:

click open
after that, a new option will be added to your playlist, double click that option.
If you recieve a "icy 401 service unavailable" error, that means the stream has yet to be opened up, if it is around the time where the show should be on the air, wait 30 seconds, and double click the url again, and again, until you are actually connected.
Depending on your connection, it might take up to 15 seconds to connect, if the stream is open, you should recieve a summary of the following messages:

After that, you should hear audio, the stream will be broadcasted at 24kbps so that everyone can listen (even dialup users), if you are on a dialup connection, depending on the quality of your connection, you may, or may not be able to browse the internet. If you are usually able to download at 5KB/sec, you will be able to browse the web at 3.0kb/sec .
If while listening, you are encountered with a buffer, that means other applications on your system are using network resources. You should close those other applications if you are encountered with repeated buffers.
