Plesk7 - /bin/cp won't work, and how to restart ProFTPd?

Don't rank on me for asking, the server isn't in production yet so I like to try fixing things myself.

Anyways, /bin/cp won't work so I figured I'd restart ProFTPd. Can't seem to figure out how. Any Pleskers here that can tell me how?

I'm also curious to know if anyone risked upgrading to 7.0.2.

I tried running restart on that, but it said it couldn't run a socket operation from a non-socket..

PHP Code:
/etc/init.d/xinetd stop
/etc/init.d/psa stop
/etc/init.d/xinetd start
/etc/init.d/psa start
I use the above to restart Plesk plus ftp/telnet services.
especially after I change the default port 8443

Restarting xinetd should restart proftpd as Fancl pointed out.
