Hot pages with Help Center Live

I'm using Help Center Live for my tech support and enjoying everything so far. I'm trying to figure out how to use the hot pages function. Hot pages are supposed to notify one when a guest goes to a certain web page. I can not figure out how to do it though. Has anyone used this function yet and if so how?
    Thanks in advanced.

I have not used this, but it seems like you have to put some php code in the pages the ones you want to be notified of when a visitor is browsing it. May be you can try asking this at the software developer's site.

How to set up the Hot Page

all is explained in the help doc for it here...
I have been to that link before I asked this question to the message board. All it says:
After you set up a hot page, if a visitor browses to that page a special sound notification is executed in the request monitor and the page on the visitors footprint is marked with a '!' This is useful for keeping an eye on pages, an example being if you have a hosting company, set up a hotpage for your order complete page and then you can be notified instantly that someone has bought a hosting account. You can then create the account asap, providing excellent service
But How do I set up a hot page?
