The first one is completely stupid...
    not sure about second one.

The first one was bad, but I figure I'll give him a second chance to redeem himself.

I thought the first one was awesome. I guess you need to be a fan of old school kung fu to appreciate it (and also like QT). The movie is dripping with classic action from old school movies.

The second is supposed to be much more character driven with less fighting, more true to what QT fans are used to.

At first, i was wondering why it only had a 14A rating up here. But then, I noticed they had to rate it againest things like the passion, so there ya' go, heh'

Yep, I liked the first one, and thought it was definently "out there". I'll probably go and see the 2nd one too.

Both were awesome, but I liked v2 better.
They did however leave stuff out of v2, and didn't bother explaining quite a few things.

On v1. Are you nuts? The whole sequence going after O-ren Ishii is... classic, best of breed, jaw-droppingly good action.

The lobby scene in The Matrix while rescuing Morpheus is good. Very, very good in fact.

The O-ren sequence makes the Matrix look gimmicky and hackish in comparison.

    <Flame on!>

    Can't wait to see v2!

Lol, Pai-Mei was one of the best characters.
I loved how the camera zoomed in all the time to him, and he would adjust his beard (it's one of those things you need to see to understand)

I didn't like the second one. I was very dissapointed as I felt very missled. I was expceting the second one to be much like the first one and it wasn't at all. however i do like how they had explained everythign in the second one. I just feel that they left out a whole lot of umm.... blood.

Gotta love the fight scene on KB Vol I, when the 2 women are fighting, then the school bus pulls up outside, and the 1 women's daughter comes into the house.

    They didn't explain everything :p
Along with the blood, they left out (didn't explain) a lot of the plot in the second one. It was still cool though.

I just saw the second one and it was great. Such classic fighting. And Pai-Mei rocked. I was a little dissapointed with what happend to him though. A Master like that would normally just get an upset stomach (at most) or smell it.

They took out alot of good parts, edited from the original script.
Theres a book out.. good read BTW

The black mamba, was supposed to attack the bride, and kill itself on the sword, because it doesnt make sense for them to be fighting around it, and it not to bite them.

Also pai-mei was never supposed to die
and there was supposed to be a crazy fighting scene where he single handidly takes down a whole army of shoalin warriors.

Also, whats up with the crazy fountain of blood thing ?
someone went a bit crazy on that...

First one and second one were both excellent. Ilyash is the book simply called Kill Bill? Or does it have a different name. I would like to to read it. I just saw V2 last night it was worth every penny. Not as much fighting but good none the less. Pai-mei was awesome. The whole beard thing was cool.

This is how it should of been. A grand master like this should never die the way he did. At worst case maybe a little indigestion from it.
