Question

Can the President Kill someone while in office, then be put in jail while he is in office. I need the statue for this and everyone at my senators office, supreme court libray could not give me a straight answer. So I need to know if anyone can help me. Woulod he have eto be impeached first? then removed? THen he could be pu in jail.

While not on the subject f webhosting (thus the post in general conversations) the answer is yes, he can be put in jail, and no, he does not have to be impeached first. The President is not above the law, ala Nixon, Clinton, etc.

Just say no!

If the president could kill someone and get away with it don't you think Bill would have killed Hillary by now ;-) ... (I wish I was president when I was married to my EX-Wife ...let the SS take care of it

It is likely that should such a heinous act be committed by a sitting president, the 25th amendment would be invoked ("Presidential Vacancy, Disability, and Inability", see http://gpo.lib.purdue.edu/bin/GPOAcc...xt.wais;7=%00; for a good complete text and analysis) and the President would be deemed incapable of carrying out the duties of the office while simultaneously being investigated for a capital crime. Impeachment is presumably not a requisite for investigations of capital offenses by the office of the Presidency unrelated to the normal duties and powers of that office, but would probably be one of the outcomes of the hypothetical situation you raise.
