    downloads and uploads

    ever since i changed to host gisol.com things have been a nightmare.....my downloads are running slow and breaking off....are break offs normal??....with my previous host they never broke off....gisol keeps telling me there large files.....i never had the problem before....i have been testing with the download program reget and i see communication cuts off with the site!!!what am i do!!!! i already prepaid a year.....this sux....am i allowed to ask for inpiut on a reliable host here??????or is that spamming?

    also on uploads they break off during ftp.( i assume loosing connection)its definately not my connection i have had roadrunner out already

    Ask for refund and go with another host. But this time test the host for at least a month before signing up for an year.

    There are plenty of host better than GISOL.

    They are from the bottom of the line, everyone hates them...

    I don't know about that "everybody", but most people seem to complain about them on these boards.

    Oletom gave you a very good tip.

    You might want to ask possible hosters some silly questions. If they talk down to you in reply - guess you'll know what to do...

    Is your website still up and running, or did you have to shut it because of gisol.com?
