I was wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience with xnhost.com or is it just me?
I bought a reseller account about a year ago and we've only had problems ever since, followed by bad support. We had an 11 day downtime that they admited to causing after I posted here for some previous help. They said they would refund us for the 11 days and I had recieved an email stating that I would get a $20USD refund but to this date I have not heard a word, no recieved a refund, and they have moved or deleted my account and I no longer have access to it.
Well, I sure hope you moved on and will continue posting your history on WHT...

We are all grown ups here and posting these threads is very immature. Communication with you has always been the issue. We emailed you asking for your paypal address and until this day we have not received an email. Also, please do not re surface issues that have been posted before. You and I both know that the downtime was cause of a server move in which the IPs were not changed on your side. Also, we did not abandon you and delete your account you stated you wanted to leave XnHost. We canceled your account asked for your paypal address which you never responded.
PM me your paypal address so we can send the $20.00 and forget about this whole issue.
PS: Making two accounts on WHT is not accepted - Just because your previous account was disabled does not mean you can make another.
FIRST OF ALL: I did NOT request a cancel of my account, therefore I demand a refund of the remaining months and the $20.00 that was promised. "[email protected]" is my email in which I have also used to contact you MANY times wich have failed. Please see that my actions are just and need to be followed though as you have been unfair and sneaky right throughout the process as ANY GOOD HOST would try extremely hard to contact the customer ESPECIALLY about terminating an account!
PS: don't bring up issues and have nothing to do with the present issue and following your response to these accounts will only see that you have not followed through with your responsibilites as a company.

But it has a lot to do with forum issues. I suggest you settle this away the forum as of now.
I am refunding the $20.00 and that is it. You said you no longer wanted to be an XnHost client. Infact, you wanted a full refund but I told you it passed the 30 day period and a 20.00 refund was out of good faith. I will send it in 1-2 business day. Please refrain from mentioning me or my company as your credibility even on these forums has dropped. I really dont understand your intents but please just refrain from mentioning me or my Company.

pathetic, utterly pathetic. In good faith eh? Downtime? Lies? Hiding? Being sneaky? Very good faith mate, you should have JUMPED up the second that downtime was experienced. Good faith, of what faith/religion do you follow?
I hate to call you a liar but you have repeatidly done called me one. Why are you posting lies? Why are you trying to create a negative image of me and my company? Why are you the ONLY complaint I have ever had? The truth is communication caused downtime and YOU canceled your account not us. Honestly, I dont know what you are trying to do and I am not sure of your intents but please refrain from mentioning me again. After the 20.00 refund please just stop posting about me and my company. Your intents are obviosly malicious as you and I both know what really went on. We just dont go canceling accounts for no reason - Especially a client we geniunly wanted to keep. Also, XnHost is still up - We have 1 year in hosting we just dont go away over night. We purchased another company and decided to combine XnHost + Other company on another domain. XnHost is still registered and will be redirected to the new site very soon.
