Headaches from the monitor
Do any of you get headaches when you stare at a monitor for extended periods of time? (10+ hours). Some times my headaches can get pretty bad and was wondering if anyone has remedies to reduce the head aches so I can work longer without my brain getting fried.
I tried raising the refresh rate, but that blurs my screen and I think it is because I am on a flat panel.Alvin

I was thinking about that, but I heard they were not useful with newer monitors and flatscreens.

Increase the refresh rate to above 75 Hz (85+ Hz is ideal).

When I raised my refresh it was getting fuzzy, so I did what I should have done earlier, install the drivers from the CD that came with monitor. My refresh rate is now at 100hz, see how that goes.
