a customer of ours has stated that email.com has blocked one of our servers due to spamming. this server is not listed in spamcop or spews and we were not notified by our dedicated provider of any problems, just not sure what this email.com is all about. what do you usually do in a situation like this with the company email.com?
A while back I ran into the same problem with them. They were rejecting all emails from one of our forum sites. I sent in several 'why are you blacklisting us and what can I do to resolve this?" emails. Never got a reply back.
We've been having a recent problem with outblaze customers spamming our pager addresses. Tried to bring the issue to them, and forwarded it to XO's abuse department without so much as a response so far.
