I am lookoing for a server to accomodate my serving experiments, of which would include experiments of shoutcast mp3 vs icecast ogg serving, php developing, experimentation with load times/speeds based on language, counterstrike server bandwidth minimalization, experimentation with various forms of database software, etc.
For this, I am in need of a Pentium 4 or Athlon server with a minimum speed of 2 ghz or 2000+, respectively (preferably faster), as well as a 40+ gb hard drive (IDE is fine, backups are never required), and 512mb of ram (for the processor/bandwith intensive programs), along with a remote restart option (as to not bother you). Cpanel+WHM or plesk would be preferred but not needed (should the server be linux), but on windows its not needed at all. I am not all too sure how much bandwidth I will be needing, but am confident it will not exceed 300gb. As of right now, I havent done any research to see how much bandwidth these programes will need, it is quite possible that i will not exceed 50gb. This is all that comes to mind as of right now.
I hope this information is pleasing enough to recieve replies to my inquiry, and thank you for your time.

Also: if you cant provide me with a dedicated server but can find a way to pay me the amount it would cost to get that dedicated server per month, i'll be willing to do that, either way i can then get a dedicated server
