For those offering reseller plans, do your clients have more support questions then a shared plan client? or just harder ones when they do ask? How many tickets would you say you get per client per year or month?

Usually a reseller client is a little more informed then a avrg shared client I find. However if there new to reselling the questions can be numerous. I would say the questions sometimes are more technical just depends on the expertise of the client. I would say we avrg no more then like 4-6 tickets per year from clients.
