    Question Entity Hosting

What do you think about http://www.entityhosting.com/ ?

I see a few things when I look at their web site

    1) It looks like they are overselling a lot.
    2) They don't have a professional web design, not a bad thing, but now you know that they aren't well established.
    3) Come on, look at the banner at the top of the web site
    A Collection of Web Hosts
Small biographies on hosts, uptime reports and some reviews
Feel free to add your review or add a host that isn't on the list.

I was about to sign-up for Entity, until I did some due diligence (Google search on "entityhosting") uncovered what appears to be the "owners" personal blog.

I'm not allowed to enter URL's, so just do a Google search for: "entityhosting blynk".

Click on the result, and read the 3/25/04 and 4/1/04 posts. Doesn't exactly fill you with confidence.

    Yes, http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=Blynk is quite interesting.

The site you are refering to above actually belongs to the son of one of our best employees. Since his views obviously do not reflect those of Entity Hosting, we have kindly asked him to remove reference to it from his Xanga pages, and he has cooperated willingly. I would like to thank the original poster, I believe hh0117, for notifying us of his discovery. We are a respectable and well-established business and we do not wish to give our users the wrong impression about who we are, although I believe that everyone is allowed to express their views freely. In regards to our site, we have recently launched a new design, so it is worth your while to take a look. If you have any questions, you may call us at any time at 1-877-315-1200.
