    Hi

    Is there any way I can have a program running on my linux box to create and keep track of support tickets ? or are there any services out there that offer this feature ? (just tired of keeping track of e-mails)

    Wonderdesk seems indeed the way to go, any peple here using it ? give us a review ... and Kunal .. when will be able to see that program

    Hostingmatters.com is using wonderdesk. And seems to be really happy with it.

    yes, I would like to see categories for the tickets (billing, tech, etc) .. I don't know if wonderdesk has it or not, but I would love that feature

    Yes, the wonderdesk does support categories. They can be defined in the control panel.
