I have a computer behind a router with its ip: 192.168.0.3, and the ip on the link above is the the one provided by my high speed internet connection. I think i have setup the port forward and filter correctly, and the Servername on httpd.conf file is: 192.168.0.3:8080 ( i have port 8080 open)

Please let me know if i have it setup correctly.

It wont work from your LAN. Simply because of how your router works.
