After i registered my domains at enom, i can then change my nameservers so it goes to the hosting company i signed up for?

yes , you can
click on the domain name then under "Current dns settings" click on Configure ,
When you see "Custom Name Servers:" BOX enter your hosting info.
It will be something like
NS1.XXXX.COM
NS2.XXXX.COm
Thanks

You can also set default attributes so your names come preset when you register them
