WebHostingTalk FAQ
As a newbie, WHT may be very confusing.
So to help with the confusion, we're going to soon have an FAQ thread. So, as members, what do you think is confusing to a newbie, and what questions do you think would be frequently asked.
And i dont mean questions about webhosting. I mean questions about WHT.
Post like this:
Question:
Answer.
You'll get credit when I make the final FAQ thread...0

I WAS ABOUT TO SUGGEST THIS ANYWAY IT HAS BEEN DRIVING ME NUTS!
Question:
Why cant I use PM's and post URL's?
Answer:
You have to have at least 5 posts to use the PM area and post URL's.
Question:
Why cant I change the title under my name?
Answer:
Custom titles are enabled for users who have been registered for longer then 3 months and have over 550 posts.
there have been DOZENS of threads like that, so please do add that to the FAQ. I'm sure that it wont make those threads go away because not everybody is going to read the FAQ first, but hopefully it will help.

Akash, great idea having a WHT FAQ. Yeah, I remember when I first came here and I felt like a 5yr old in a huge shopping center. It can be a bit daunting to new folks.
I will gladly add a link to the WHT FAQ in my sig.• WLVPN.com • NetProtect owned White Label VPN provider •

There is no need to post rules individually in the FAQ, since a link to the entire set of them has been established. I say this because, I had a feeling, that people would just start posting them.

Pixabit,
If this was debate I would call topiciallity.
That is clearly not a frequently asked question, I would recommend the mods remove that post.
I don't want to see this cluttered with utter foolishness. Respect the forum or LEAVE WHT! I understand you want more posts, but we have a lounge for that.
And it is possible for someone to get a website made for $5, People get it made for free all the time.
So if anyone asks this " Can I post utter bullcrap anywhere I like on WHT?"
the clear answer is NO! Yes boys and girls that is the world On spelled backwards.
No - Used to express refusal, denial, disbelief, emphasis, or disagreement: No, I'm not going. No, you're wrong.0
