    anyone see that spammer, er "mass email deployer" on Daily Show last week? that was hilarious, and makes me lose any respect i had for them as "legitimate businessmen" so that's good.

    That was hilarious. I liked the end where they asked the guy for his personal email address and asked if they could display it... he said no...and they showed it on the screen LOL

    Unfortunately spam will not stop for a long time to come. A law here and there in a few countries will not stop spammers, they'll just come from unregulated countries such as ... (withdraws names to avoid flaming)..

    Sure there will be loads of big catches and big headlines in the next few years, however the number of spammers and volume of spam will continue to increase. I've noticed about a 30% increase in spam to my inbox in the past month alone. We need some technologically enforced anti-spam solution, the second generation of e-mail perhaps. I live in hope!
