Money back guarantee without losing money

Is it possible to provide money back guarantee without risking losing money due to transaction fees like those using Paypal?

I believe Paypal, and places like 2checkout.com allow you to refund up to 30days after the transaction takes place. When you issue such a refund they also return the transaction fees.

So if you put a time limit on your guarantee say (14 day or 30 day) then you would be able to offer a full money back guarantee, without the risk of going negative due to transaction fees.

Oh, that's nice. I'll have a look into the Paypal refund.

Yes, easy. Just provide service at a level where customers never request their money back.

    The above is correct.
