I got a couple questions first is, how do I keep no formating as the default? I don't like the
every time I press enter and I don't know how it ever got to be like that, I just want it to be normal.
Second is, I made me a nice layout in photo-shop and now its a page and such but I want to add a new page of content with the same layout how would I go about making a new page besides copying and pasting the code.
For question #2:
You want to save the page as a template. But before you do that, you will have to add at least one editable area, ie the section(s) that will hold the different content for each page. Go to the spot you want it to start, then (from the menu) Insert --> Template Objects --> Editable Region. When you're done, File --> Save as Template.
Now to use this template for your pages. There's two ways to go about it. You can do File --> New --> Templates tab --> chose your site and the template. But I prefer File -> New (blank page), then Modify --> Templates --> Apply Template Page --> chose your template.
If you have a page with content already, you can still apply the template to it. Do Modify --> Templates --> Apply Template Page --> chose your template ... it will ask you where to put your existing content in the template based page. Chose the most appropriate editable region that you defined earlier.

As far as I know, you cannot change the
that you get when you hit ENTER. As bear said, SHIFT + ENTER will work. Might seem like a nuisance, but after a while, you get used to it and it becomes second nature.
When you open a page based on a template, you are correct - you cannot edit any areas that do not fall in an editable region. But that's the whole idea of templates. If you want, you will need to edit the template itself, and it will apply the changes to all pages based on it.
