yeah same here when accessing WHT from http://webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=&action=getdaily

i'm getting
Quote:
<!-- Database error in vBulletin 2.2.0:

Invalid SQL: SELECT searchid FROM search WHERE query='1=1 AND NOT (thread.forumid=\'17\' OR thread.forumid=\'7\' OR thread.forumid=\'13\') AND thread.lastpost>=1005321881 AND thread.open<>10'
mysql error: Can't open file: 'search.MYD'. (errno: 145)

mysql error number: 1016

Date: Saturday 10th of November 2001 11:04:41 AM
Script: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search...ction=getdaily
Referer:
-->
error 145 = table corruption

looks like WHT forum's search table is corrupted.. you can fix it by using repair.php in vB's extra zip folder or running myisamchk on the search table (personally i perfer running a myisamchk on the entire vB database just to be sure)

I'm still having lots of problems. The forum pages load sloooooowly and I'm getting lots of "document contains no data" error messages. In fact, I'm getting those errors now and having trouble posting this message. Traceroutes from me to WHT look normal, so I assume it's some other problem.

She posted it numerous times because of the problem. I was having the same problem posting too. The Egg Nog thread I posted twice in a row because of the server problems. I ultimately edited the second to not look like a double post.
Quick thinking on my part. LOL

Sorry about the multiple posts -- every time I tried to post I got another "Document contains no data" error message, and didn't think my message had been sent. Right now things are better, and faster.

I apologise for the recent problems with WebHostingTalk, high load averages and corrupt mySQL tables caused several problems. I believe I just about fixed most of the major glitches and at least for the rest of the day things should be back to normal.
