Best Reseller - Acunett, Hostnexus or InternetHosting4u

    Hi,

I have been looking around for the best Plesk hosting account and have narrowed my choice down to 3 companies...........

    Hostnexus
    Acunett
    InternetHosting4u

All seem to have a good quality servers. I would be grateful for everyones comments, especially those that have or do use there companies.

    Uptime?
    Support Response Quality?
    Support Reponse Time?
    Speed of servers?

    Thanks

For plesk..Go with Acunett, good support by Rob & Ronny and others..

Even though i have my own servers now, i am still holding my old reseller accounts with them cos they are good providers.

I can attest to HostNexus level of support and server speed as I've been a member there for nearly 2 years and also assist them as a forum moderator. Well worth checking into

I was perviously MannInc here, but have started a new account since that was my old company name and have moved on from there

I haven't used the others, so can only speak for HN. Been there for two years, and though some early rough spots, I'm not going anywhere.

Support is excellent, both on forums and TT's handled quickly (sometimes minutes, at most couple hours). Quality is also excellent, no unresolved issues from my point of view.

Downtime- as someone noted, these are posted for all to see. I monitor seperately on 5 minutes intervals and it matches pretty close to HN's Alertra stats. Most I've seen since datacenter move is 5 minute glitches...

Server Speed- other than listings the specs, I am fairly sure they are not overloaded (which can make a fast spec server crawl). All my sites are mysql driven and not issues of speed there either.

Best thing is to give it a shot. They have some multi-domain promos, one is Jan for $13 a month, no long term commitment. Spend a couple bucks and give it a run for a month or so. Upgrades to plans are a breeze....

Oh- I have accounts on two seperate servers, so I didn't just get lucky on a good one. Both are running fine.

I once had service with Rob and Ronny at Acunett. I must say that there were some horrible times where we literally had 2-3 days of SOLID downtime, but for the most part Acunett led good consistent support and were competent on how they went about things.

    Kualo offers Plesk?

They're a solid recommendation for cPanel web hosting but AFAIK they don't offer Plesk.

Correct. cPanel only here, I'm afraid.

You're looking at two different markets. Laurence (HostNexus) definately has a higher uptime, but the prices are more expensive. It just depends on how much you want to spend, and how high an uptime you need.
