Thanks for the kind words. We work very hard here at DataCities. Combined with our Lpanel software and development team, I believe we provide a greatly valued service to our clients. In the past month we have employed some new System Engineers that have helped to create our entirely new network of 2.8 GHZ Dual Xeon servers.

However, I will be the first to say that we have had some serious service setbacks in February and March. Not to point any fingers, but we have since moved our entire client base to ThePlanet because of Ev1servers.net's defective servers and their lack of appropriate support. Our network is once again reliable and strong.

Regarding backups, they are currently being implemented on our new network, we have yet to decide if this will be a standard feature or an added service. The margin's on our packages are already very low so this will need to be taken into more consideration.

Certainly you can use this based on a quarterly subscription, follow this link:

Is the price still maintain for 2nd year, or we need to pay $399 for the next year?

    Regards

"I have posted only a question about backups..."

We do offer backups, however they are not yet a standard feature. The price structure is as follows:

    2.5 GB = $20 setup, $5.00 monthly
    5 GB = $20 setup, $10.00 monthly
    10 GB = $20 setup, $20.00 monthly

"Is the price still maintain for 2nd year, or we need to pay $399 for the next year?"

Our promotional rates become your subscription rates, meaning you can renew at the end of your term at the same rate, as per our price lock guarantee.

    Thanks and take care.

Is your so call "Standard Feature" included PHP, MySQL, Front page extension etc? I can't find any information about this in your page.

    Thanks!

So which is it , the 20g suck in to read the ad or the 10g in the small print?
Also it would be nice to know what reseller features you have enabled in WHM before signing up.

So why did you call 20 gigs in your heading (and you did the same trick on the heading of your ad over on the cPanel forums) then in the body of your post you call 10 gigs?

    "DataCities Value Reseller Package $199.95 / year 200 gigs / 20 gigs"

"Package statistics include: 200 GIGs Monthly Traffic / 10 GIGs..."

Seems like you do things by halves. I also lost interest when you failed to reply and when I saw your deceptive headings over in the cPanel forums as well as in these WHT forums.

Has anyone signed up with these guys? I've read about the problems from a few months back. How are things now?

    How is that LPanel.
