Thanks for the kind words. We work very hard here at DataCities. Combined with our Lpanel software and development team, I believe we provide a greatly valued service to our clients. In the past month we have employed some new System Engineers that have helped to create our entirely new network of 2.8 GHZ Dual Xeon servers.
However, I will be the first to say that we have had some serious service setbacks in February and March. Not to point any fingers, but we have since moved our entire client base to ThePlanet because of Ev1servers.net's defective servers and their lack of appropriate support. Our network is once again reliable and strong.
Regarding backups, they are currently being implemented on our new network, we have yet to decide if this will be a standard feature or an added service. The margin's on our packages are already very low so this will need to be taken into more consideration.
