You can't do much about it. The same is going on here. It's pretty annoying, I understand that. But I'm afraid there's not really much to do about

If it's your own server and not shared you could enable some of the RBL checks and block a good chunk at the door.

On Qmail you'll need to install Qmail-Scanner (http://qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net/), this will require you to patch Qmail as well to enable the support for the scanner. You should add ClamAV if you are going to all the trouble.

Here's a nice toaster I use for Qmail installs these days, it has all the required patches for Qmail-Scanner ... http://shupp.org/toaster/

Here's what that toaster will provide ...

Qmail SMTP Mail Server with SMTP-AUTH (Plain, Login, CRAM-MD5), TLS (SSL) support, and optional Virus/Spam Scanner.
POP3 Server with CRAM-MD5, APOP, and SSL support
IMAP Server with TLS (SSL) support
    WebMail Server (SquirrelMail)
Quota Support (usage viewable by webmail)
    Autoresponder
    Mailing Lists
    Web-Based Email Administration (Vpopmail/QmailAdmin)

    we use postini.

we offer it to both our ISP and web hosting customers for a very low yearly rate per mail box.

Thats a few thousand spam/virus messages a day that our servers do not have to process, not counting the bandwidth it saves.
