I have the biggest reseller plan that Blutek offers, and for the second time in less than two weeks, everything is down during peak business hours. Last time was for 3 hours, and this time it's going on an hour and a half. The only phone number I have for them is the one that shows up on my Paypal payments to them, and I get a machine each time I call that. I can't submit a support ticket, and emailing them will do no good, because my account is on the same server that their domain is on, so if I'm down, they are also down. Anyone else know of a way to get through to these people? I lost to clients last time this happened, and i already have a second one threatening to drop me, and he's my biggest client!
