    Office Space...

Remember one thing I have not seen the office space yet, but I will tomorrow after I get off work.

Office Space is 250 ft long has windows costs $255.00 a month comes with all of the goodies (water, lights, and so on)

Office Space is 200 ft long has no windows cost $200.00 a month comes with all of the goodies.

Now it is on Main and Second Ave East off of main (good location)

    This a good deal?

Is it in a building or is it accessible from the outside?

Nevertheless, looks like a good deal to me.

The office space is the second floor of the building. Has a parking lot in the front door. Nice looking building (out side).

Yes, when you factor in square footage, it works out to $5 extra for windows.

Then again, who needs windows when you've got linux.

If you get more floor space and some windows (or one window) go for it. You need sunlight!

Go for the one with windows.. You won't beleive the differnce when you've worked in an office space with no windows.. Basicly you come in for the morning before the sun is quite up.. And leave when its dark out.. You'll never see the sun..

You'll feel better being able to look outside and see what the weather is....

Did you get that memo? Ah..yeah, it's just we're putting new coversheets on all the Topics before they get posted. That would be great.

Who would ever work in an office without windows?

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I get the uneasy feeling that I'm in a vault when I'm in a room without windows, as if I were trapped or something.

I would go for the windows as long as it fits in your budget. Plus you get a little more room which will probably come in handy.

I don't see how anyone could say whether either of them are a good deal without knowing the commercial real estate market in your area. Around here, in New York, the price per square foot seems like a steal. So much so that if I saw those prices I'd assume they were somewhere I wouldn't want to be.

Also you'll have to evaluate the layouts and how willing the landlords are to make modifications to them. Usually with commercial rentals that's expected.

That said, I'd tend to agree with the general concensus that an extra $55 per month for more space and some sunlight is probably worthwhile.

Where are you located? If you don't mind me asking.

Anyways, great deal! Definetly worth it.

the office space is huge I love it. It has wires to connect to the internet as well (which is a plus). The building it self is very clean, keeped up, and seems almost fancy! I am getting the office space for $255.00, and the office space right next to it for a total of $400.00 (for both offices).
