Question Its possible to log image hotlinking attempts by htaccess?

Let hotlinking of my images, but log all this attempts in logfile. Its possible to do it in htaccess or does it need some settings in server configuration?

There is a lot of code, to redirect hotlinked image somewhere, around the net, but nobody shows how to log this attempts only.

You can't do it via htaccess. The attempts would be already captured in your domain/apache logs. Just do a grep of the logs and output it to a new file.
