Try checking plesk's forums and see if anyone has done so and any tips. If there isnt a script, just find out what goes where and the move it manually.
Why do they call them fingers? I never seen them fing. Oh, there they go.

10 accounts should take you about 20 mins max. Just tar stuff up, wget over to the new server and unpack. Make sure that you set up the clients and their domains first and it should be simple.

Tar up public_html and then on your plesk server, navigate to:

    /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs

wget from there, unpack, and then move everything around and change ownerships. Everything inside httpdocs needs psacln usergroup so:

    chown -R user:psacln *

Move the contents of public_html's cgi-bin into Plesk"s. Should be something like:

    mv * ../../cgi-bin

Just play around with everything. It's not hard.
