We are planning on moving live accounts from one server to another. Is there anything in particular that we should look out for? With the SSL Certificates, can the IP addresses be changed with the GeoTrust SSL certs?

While digital ID's require a dedicated IP, the IP is not bound to the digital ID.
This means as long as you take the .key, .crt, and .csr (text files) for each domain name having SSL and install them on the target you are ok.
