    Post CitiBank Scam heads up

    I just wanted to inform hosting companys that use citibank to be careful of a scam....

    BODY OF EMAIL:

    Dear Citibank Member,


    This email was sent by the Citibank server to verify your E-mail

    below and entering in the small window your Citibank ATM/Debit
    Card number and PIN that you use on ATM.

    It has already been reported to theplanet, citibank and the registrar. Just a heads up......

    I used to be a member of citibank and canceled about two years ago.. I have no idea how this scammer got my email but if you use citibank or have used citibank in the past for merchant services please be aware of this scam.

    not a problem, I contacted theplanet and they said no matter how bad the abuse is it needs to be done with a ticket id. So i opened a couple tickets and hopefully no one using citibank will be compromised in the meantime.

    I'm sure it will be offline soon if there abuse works 24/7.

    hmmm... wonder why its still online, very odd
