We did a transfert account from an old server to an new and I'm not sure it was cause by that but, the new server crash and we have a lot of clients there. Please help !

I called them but they told us to write a ticket and it take normally 24 hours ! We don't have time to lose ! I don't understand. I can ping the IP but I can't use, FTP, HTTPD and SSH services ! I never see a UNIX machine with SSH unreachable.

I would get a reboot firstly as it might be hardware

I would submit a ticket as soon as possible if they take 24 hours to reply. Hopefully they will answer it quicker.

Did they say why you needed to submit a ticket? I know places who can take ticket details on the phone or provide you a ticket number to follow up with.

No, they never mentionned why about the ticket. They'll look at it.
